Barbara Dewon Johnson was born on October 21, 1968, to Frank Lee Johnson and Shirley Johnson in Florence, Alabama.

Barbara made Florence, Alabama her home all her life.

She loved Florence and knew almost everyone that resided here. Barbara was a people person and loved something about everyone she met.

She attended Lauderdale County Schools and Coffee High School.
