He attended Russellville High School and worked numerous jobs throughout the years. Charles was the esteemed owner of Charles Graham Concrete Company for over 20 years. Later, he retired as one of the best concrete finishers in the area.
He enjoyed watching the history channel, gardening, helping others, and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.
Charles leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Priscilla Graham. They spent 55 years together, married for 38 of those years. He also leaves three daughters, Nina Byrd, Neco Hamilton (Charles), and Natalie Graham; one son, Bryan Hobbs; two sisters, Hattie Freeman and Bernice Burress; two sisters-in-law, Bessie Smith (Joe) and Thelma Hubbard; two brothers-in-law, Bishop Lonnie Freeman (Pamela) and Larry Freeman; one special nephew, John D.
