Connie Ray Reeder

Mr. Connie Ray Reeder was born on May 11, 1957. He departed his life on August 31, 2025, in Redding, California.

After graduating from Bradshaw High School, Connie joined the United States Navy and received an honorable discharge. He’s been traveling the country ever since.

He was preceded in death by his father, Sam Reeder; mother, Geneva Reeder; son, Kenny Reeder; three sisters, Deloise Reeder, Roberta Reeder, and Patricia Johnson; and one niece, Angela Reeder.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, Connie (John) Wilson of Redding, CA; one son, Larry (Megan) Reeder of Ridgecrest, CA; three sisters, Martha Reeder of Florence, AL, Meocia Michelle of Madison, AL, and Angela Reeder of Douglasville, GA; a brother from another mother, Earl Thomas; 14 grandchildren, Derriyon, Dzire, DeMarreya, Dzell, DeRon, Marcus, Myyah, Mikael, Lucas, Logan, Isaiah, Tianna, Jayln, and Jeremiah; a niece who held a special place in his heart and shared an especially close bond with him, Yolanda Jackson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends who loved him dearly.
