DWIGHT DENORRIS PAGE, JR., was born on December 24, 1979, to Dwight Denorris Page, Sr., of Sheffield, Alabama, and the late Darlene Ann Barnett of Leighton, Alabama. Dwight departed this life Monday, April 20, 2026, at Huntsville Hospital.
Dwight leaves behind his wife of 24 years Kathie Page, and son, Gannon Page.
Dwight confessed his life to Christ at an early age, and became a member of Galilee Baptist Church in Leighton, Alabama.
Dwight was a graduate of Colbert County High School Class of 1999. After graduation, Dwight joined the work force, and at the time of his death he was employed by Essity in Barton, Alabama. Dwight served as Junior Warden at Centennial Lodge #19. Dwight was also a member of Haggai Chapter 4 Royal Arch Masons, and the Tennessee Valley Consistory #160, which is Prince Hall Affiliated.
Dwight was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Ann Barnett; maternal grandparents, Sylvester and Luzenia Barnett of Leighton, Alabama; paternal grandparents, David and Margie Page of Sheffield, Alabama; father-in-law, Danny Purser of Town Creek, Alabama; and cousins, Travis Barnett and Tonya Page.
Dwight leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Kathie Page; son, Gannon Page, both of Leighton, Alabama of Leighton; father, Dwight Page, Sr., of Sheffield, AL; sister, Brandy Page; and niece, A’Niyah King, both of Muscle Shoals, AL; motherin-law, Terrie Purser (Greg) of Florence, AL; father-in-law, Raymond Gibson (Kim) of Greenhill, AL; uncles, Thomas Barnett (Hilda) of San Bernardino, California, and Willie T. Page of Sheffield, Alabama; aunts: Adine Kimbrough of Hamilton, Alabama, Connie Barnett and Amanda Barnett, both of Leighton, Alabama, Mary Greenhill (Sherman) and Dallas Vaughn, both of Sheffield, Alabama, and Denise Page of Decatur, Alabama; first cousins, Michelle, Rico Page, Kelsey, Tomonica, Rico Barnett, Aneshia, Nicholas, Tiffany, Willie, Jr., Theo, Monique, and Lechendra; honorary cousin, Drias Young; and bonus moms, Susie Jones and Amanda Barnett. Dwight leaves behind a host of cousins, relatives, and friends.
