She was a faithful member until her health failed.Hazel was a devoted homemaker and master pastry maker. However, her life's passion was being a wife, mother and grandmother. She was a counselor to many, especially children and young adults. She provided not only for her family but for many that were in need of food, clothing, etc. Her life served as a fine blueprint in love, care and kindness.Remaining to cherish her memory and continue her legacy, a loving and devoted husband, Joseph Woodson Stanley; beloved daughters, Sandra Elaine (Alvin) Perkins, Gurnee, IL., and Sheila Faye (Donald) Abernathy, Tuscumbia, Ala.; beloved grandchildren, Ashley Nicole, Allison McKenzie and T.
