Linda was born December 24, 1952. She was born in South Bend, Indiana to Clara White Graham and
Ressie Graham.
Linda Diana Graham-Mitchell, 71, of Florence, Alabama departed this life, Monday June 17, 2024 at North Alabama Medical Center surrounded by close family.
At an early age of 12 years old Linda was baptized at St. Mark Baptist Church of Florence, AL.
Linda was a devoted reader with a passion for books, often found lost in the pages of her favorite book.
She also enjoyed watching scary movies, a unique interest that brought her joy and excitement.
Linda attended Burrell Slater High School. She later went on to attend College at Washburn University in Topeka, KS.
Linda was preceded in death by her Parents Ressie Graham and Clara White Graham.
Linda is survived by his one sister, Carol Walker of Florence, AL. One daughter, Angela Shanette Jackson (Draenard Jackson) of Huntsville, AL; her two sons Jason
Bernard Graham Sr. (Quanecia Graham) of Florence, AL, and Brandon Granville Mitchell (Natusha Lashawn Mitchell) of Coralville, Iowa. Grandchildren, Darius Lashawn Lowe (Lanethia), Torre Lowe Jr., Keiondra Jackson, Arynton Lebret Jackson, Jada Graham, Jason Graham Jr., Jira Graham, Kesean Garner, Jacob Kyle Graham, Kadence Rolston, Bryce Graham, Tatum Graham, Saylor Graham, Allen Granville Mitchell; Emmanuel Davis. Great-grandsons: Jeremiah Lashawn Lowe, Ja’kobe Marcel Lowe, Zamir Tage Jackson. Great-Granddaughters, Kaliyah Lowe, Malayah Paris Lowe, Ja’Nova Graham, La’Rhea Lowe, A’Zuri Barton; one Nephew – William Walker Jr; One Niece – Jasmine Nicole Crowell, and a host of cousins and friends.
Her greatest accomplishment, and what she cherished the most were her (15) grandchildren and her (8)
great-grandchildren. Her love, guidance, and wisdom profoundly shaped their lives and will be
remembered with great affection.
Linda leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, curiosity and dedication to her family. She will be dearly
missed by all who knew and loved her...
