Shelia Holland

Shelia Brown Holland, age 68, was born December 3, 1957 to the late Mr. Nick and Mrs. Helen Houston. in Colbert County. She transitioned on Friday, March 27, 2026, at North Alabama Medical Center.

SHELIA was preceded in death by her first daughter, Jamie Holland; adoptive parents, Helen Brown and Robert Brown; biological mother, Mary Chandler; grandmother, Annie Lou Houston Ray; and brother, Micheal Swinney.

SHELIA was a faithful sister of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and the truth. SHELIA leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Felicia Holland of Tuscumbia, AL and Jessica Holland of Sheffield, AL; a brother, Greg Brown of Fayetteville, NC; a special aunt, Willie Beckwith; uncle, David Houston of Muscle Shoals, AL; four sisters/best friends, Mary Guin of Sheffield, AL, Denise Smith of Cherokee, AL, Teresa Decatur of Sheffield, AL, and Rebecca Rick of  Sheffield, AL; all her spiritual brothers and sisters; and the rest of the family and friends.
