George Scott Obituary
George "Terrelle" Scott of Florence, AL was born December 29, 1968, to George Scott and Violene Scott. He was called home on Sunday, September 18, 2022.
Terrelle accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church where he began his walk with God.
To know Terrelle was to love him. He always wore a smile and loved people. A graduate Central High School in 1987 were he played football andbasketball. Terrelle moved to Baltimore, Maryland shortly after high school and worked fifteen years at Pearl Vision Eyecare Center of Baltimore, Maryland as an Ophthalmic laboratory technician. He moved back to Florence in 2016 and was employed by North American Lightening (NAL). Terrelle was preceded in death by his grandparents; Ottaway Scott, Carrie Thornton, Robert Vaughn andFreddie Ruth Vaughn, two brothers; Gordon L. Scott and Gynera L. Scott.
He leaves to mourn his parents; George and Violene Scott, sons; George Terrelle Scott, Jr. and KeaShawn L. Scott, granddaughter; Zuri Scott,brothers; Gerry (Shirley) Scott and Paul (Kristie) Rowell, sister; Rene (Louis) Acklin, a special friend; Shalonta Casey, and a host of aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
